Epson sc p20000 option adjustment not working

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson SC P20000 and I'm having trouble with the option adjustment feature. Whenever I try to adjust the settings, nothing seems to change. Has anyone else experienced this issue? And if so, how did you fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
