Issue with Chipped Printer after Firmware Update​


Problem Description​

Due to EPSON firmware update that returned the printer to chipped status. Chipless firmware was updated from the EPSON website and loaded onto EPSON Workforce Pro WF-3720. However, during recovery, the printer remained chipped with ink tanks showing remaining amounts and the CISS not being recognized.

Activation Key Issue​

I have used the activation key again but encountered error code 10092. I had purchased the all-time-use key, so I am unsure of what the problem could be.

Firmware Update Modes Tried​
Have you uploaded firmware to the printer in Normal mode or in Program Update mode? I have tried in both modes with no success.

Positive Update​
