Issue with Chipped Printer after Firmware Update
Problem Description
Due to EPSON firmware update that returned the printer to chipped status. Chipless firmware was updated from the EPSON website and loaded onto EPSON Workforce Pro WF-3720. However, during recovery, the printer remained chipped with ink tanks showing remaining amounts and the CISS not being recognized.Request for Help

I have used the activation key again but encountered error code 10092. I had purchased the all-time-use key, so I am unsure of what the problem could be.Firmware Update Modes Tried
Have you uploaded firmware to the printer in Normal mode or in Program Update mode? I have tried in both modes with no success.Request for Information
