I recently tried to reset the counter on my Epson XP 720 printer, but it seems that the process is not working properly. I followed all the instructions and used the correct software, but still, the printer is not recognizing the reset.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue with their Epson printer? If so, could you please share any tips or solutions that might help me resolve this problem?
