Issue with License Activation​


Problem Description​

I open the License.exe and when I click Activate, the program stops forever. I need help with resolving this issue.

Possible Solutions​


1. Reboot PC​
Restart your computer to see if it resolves the issue with the license activation.

2. Restart Printer​
In some cases, restarting the printer can resolve the issue with the activation process.

3. Check License on Another PC​
If the license still doesn't work after rebooting and restarting your printer, try activating it on another computer to see if the issue is specific to your current setup.
