Epson WF-C20750 Option Adjustment

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the Epson WF-C20750 printer and I am having trouble with the option adjustment feature. Whenever I try to make adjustments, the printer does not seem to respond accordingly. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any tips on how to troubleshoot it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
