Epson sc p10070 option adjustment not working

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson SC P10070 printer and I'm having trouble with the option adjustment feature. Whenever I try to adjust the settings, nothing seems to change. I've tried troubleshooting it on my own but haven't had any luck.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Epson SC P10070 printer? Any tips or advice on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
