Epson L4160 scan to computer

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson L4160 printer and I'm having trouble with scanning documents directly to my computer. I've installed all the necessary drivers and software but it seems like the printer is not communicating with my computer properly. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
