I recently purchased an Epson ET 8550 printer and I'm having some trouble updating the firmware on my Windows 10 operating system. I've followed all the instructions provided by Epson, but the update seems to keep failing. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any tips on how to successfully update the firmware on Windows 10? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
