Troubleshooting Activation Issue (Error -10091)​


Steps to Try​

If you are facing error -10091 when trying to activate your printers, try the following steps:
1. Disable Windows Firewall.
2. Disable antivirus software.
3. Disable Windows Defender.
4. Disconnect all other printers connected via USB.

Checking Server Connection​

To check if the server is accessible, follow these steps:
1. Enable Telnet client in the Windows components.
2. Open the command prompt and type: telnet 211.159.168.205 20102
3. If you see an empty screen with an input prompt, the server is available. If you encounter any errors, there may be a blockage locally or on the server side.

Further Troubleshooting​

If the issue persists, try the following:
1. Change the printer cards.
2. Send the order number and problematic keys via private message for assistance.
3. If the new cards activate successfully, consider providing feedback on the old cards for improvement.

Important Notes​
- Telnet is not directly related to chipless firmware activation.
- If clients inquire about key activation (-10092), check the activation status using Telnet.
