Issue with Chipless Firmware Activation on WF-C869R Printer​


Activation Problem​

Hello,
I successfully loaded this chipless firmware (in normal mode), then I successfully activated it with a purchased key. The issue is that after power off and then power on the printer (without disconnecting), the printer still shows no ink detected, chipless is not working despite the firmware being loaded and activated.

Need for Assistance​

I need help please. What is your current firmware version now in your printer???

Providing Key Information​
I do not know the order number, but this is the key that was successfully activated: BD62Q-9KMQX-R494P-TD9X8-3TVQT.

Confirmation of Activation​
Right now (after doing the procedure I told you before), this appears when entering firmware mode.

I already told you this is my key BD62Q-9KMQX-R494P-TD9X8-3TVQT. I purchased it from a reseller, hope that's not a problem. I suppose you can verify if the key is valid. Troubleshooting Steps​

Upload chipless firmware to the printer once more time. Make it in normal mode. Don't put the printer in firmware mode. Then use Recovery Code, Not Activation Key.

Confirmation of Working Firmware​

Yes, I have tried exactly that in that order many times. I have done it with many other printers. The issue should be somewhere else. Don't you have any updated firmware for this model?

Give us screenshots of what happens after you input the Recovery Code. For these days I do not have the printer with me, but I still need to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Update on Chipless Firmware​

After input recovery code, it writes ok but every time after power off then power on the printer, it always shows no ink status. Could you please confirm if developers are working on an updated chipless firmware for WF-C869R?
