reset Epson XP 214 Adjustment Program ink pad

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble with my Epson XP 214 printer and I believe the ink pad is full and needs to be reset using the Adjustment Program. Can anyone guide me on how to reset it or provide me with the necessary tools to do so? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
