Activation Code Issue with Epson XP 640 Printer
Activation Code Not Working
I updated my xp 640 printer with the firmware successfully but cant get the activation code to work. Where do I enter it into the activation app?

Does the printer have to be in the update mode?

Activation Error with Printer Firmware
I get an error when clicking <activate online> button. The printer is indicating firmware NK11JA.

Troubleshooting Firmware Update
I tried again using the firmware link you sent. Still not working. The printer still show nk11ja. Does this mean that the printer will not accept the firmware even though it says it did. Below is link to screenshots.
Upload Firmware
Upload firmware to printer in normal mode - do not put printer in Program Update mode.
New Firmware Version

Firmware Installation Instructions
Extract all files to folder. Upload firmware to printer in normal mode - do not put printer in Program Update mode - the printer will restart, but the firmware won't get 100% - about 80% - just close it in task manager Wait until firmware uploads 100% or if you get error message - firmware wasn't installed properly - stop Updater in task manager and use License.exe utility. Please reply about results.
