How to resolve/fix error code 5B20 Canon GP-300, GP-200, GP-5300, GP-5200 step by step??

Xin chào, tôi đang gặp khó khăn về việc. Máy in model GP-300, GP-200, GP-5300, GP-5200 gặp lỗi "A printer error has occurred."... Cần how to resolve/fix error code 5b20 canon gp-300, gp-200, gp-5300, gp-5200 step by step??

Make a note of the detailed error code (ECxx-xxxx) that appears on the touch screen, and then turn off the power and unplug the power cord. Contact your Canon dealer for assistance.
